Congratulations to CWebb. He beat out teammate Rod Strickland and several other NBA players for NBA Player of the Week honors for April 14 through 20.
He put forward a great effort, as the team went 4-0 and captured its first playoff berth in 9 years. He had 27 points, 21 rebounds, seven assists and four steals in the Philly game; 20 points, 12 rebounds, four assists and two steals in the Indiana game; 18 points, 11 rebounds and four assists in the Orlando game; and 23 points, 17 rebounds and four asissts in the Cleveland game. Big numbers all around.
Now, he just has to bring that kind of focus and attention into the playoffs. It should be a good ride.
