So, today is probably a busy day for the Wizards' team doctor. They have a scheduled physical for Tim Legler, so that his 3-year, $4M contract can be validated. Ben Wallace should not be far behind.
We don't know who the 12th man will be. Could be God Shammgod, if he performs well in training camp. The Wizards also have a $1M exception, but they have very few prospects at moment. They may not even need to use it, nor may they elect to use it. It could be a useful tool come mid-season when the team seeks to sign or trade for an inexpensive veteran to help their off-season push. Stay tuned.
