If anyone would like to help me debug some of the problems, please don't be shy and contact me. I hope to improve its functionality and reduce truncation problems. Still, it's a good first shot.

Not quite a done deal, but close enough: WNBA Set To Expand To D.C..

I'm not sure about this: ESPN SportsZone: Analysis: Cavs win the deal of the '90s, but it changes the balance of power in the Eastern Conference. All three teams seem to win.

He also brings a good view to this deal (very close to mine): The Sporting News - Dave D'Alessandro.
