It's a Halloween tipoff for the NBA this year: COMPLETE 1997-98 NBA SCHEDULE: October. (Washington is at Detroit.)
Some other notes about the schedule:
- A New Year's Eve game hosting Toronto at 9pm
- Sunday afternoon games (and possible NBC broadcasts) against Phoenix, Atlanta, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Orlando
- TNT/TBS games against Seattle, San Antonio, Detroit, and New York.
